Our Services
-
Before you pack a single box, we meet online to map out your move properly. Together we create a personalised relocation plan covering visas and residency, realistic timelines, budgeting and all essential paperwork — so there are no surprises later.
We walk you through schooling options, healthcare, cost of living and everyday life in Spain, answering the questions most people only discover after arriving.
Before we accept any service agreement or payment, we carry out a short consultation to make sure we can genuinely fulfil your needs. We are always realistic about what is possible, what is not and what may require flexibility. We work always in your best interest and for a fixed fee to avoid any conflict of interests.
-
Not sure which neighbourhood or village suits your lifestyle? Let us show you around.
We share real local insight into Málaga and Granada districts — from schools and shops to transport links, commute times and community atmosphere — so you understand what daily life actually feels like, not just what listings show.
You can join us in person or remotely from abroad. By the end, you’ll have clarity on where you truly want to call home.

Understanding Spain’s visa requirements can feel overwhelming, and choosing the wrong agency often leads to stress, unnecessary costs or incomplete work. That’s why we connect you only with trusted, vetted professionals while remaining your one contact point for all things relocation.

Navigating Spanish bureaucracy can feel overwhelming. We take that stress off your shoulders. From obtaining your NIE/TIE and registering on the padrón to opening a bank account and securing your digital certificate, we organise everything. We schedule appointments, prepare and translate documents, accompany you to government offices and liaise with lawyers or notaries when needed. You focus on enjoying your new life while we manage the paperwork.
-
Enhance your arrival with a deeper dive into local life. Beyond the basic orientation, we’ll show you schools, markets, cultural activities and everyday essentials. You’ll gain a richer understanding of your new city and feel at home faster.
Your arrival should feel like a celebration, not a chore. We meet you at the airport, take you on a welcome tapas tour and city orientation and hand you a small gift. Then we handle the essentials—NIE/TIE registration, padrón, bank account, digital certificate, social security and tax registrations, medical appointments, utilities and mobile contracts. We introduce you to local professionals and accompany you to all appointments. You’ll also enjoy three or six months of follow‑up support as you settle in.

Buying or bringing a car to Spain doesn’t have to be stressful.
Whether you’re importing a vehicle from another country (we’ll review your specific case, explain the process and estimate realistic costs) or planning to buy a car in Spain, we guide you step by step to avoid common traps and hidden issues.
We review offers and contracts from dealers or private sellers, check mechanical and technical details, support you with registration, insurance and taxes and coordinate with the traffic office.
If needed, we can also arrange in-person inspections and test drives so you move forward with real peace of mind.
