SolMate Spain is run by Anna María Puczylowska, an autónoma (independent professional) registered in Spain.
We provide relocation support, property-finder services, and fully comprehensive personal guidance for clients moving to Spain.

2. What our services include

We offer guidance, coordination, and support through every practical step of your move — paperwork, housing, integration, and local orientation.
Please note: we are not a law firm, real estate agency, or financial advisor. When legal, notary, or architectural services are needed, we connect you with trusted professionals and act as single point of contact, but their work is independent.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings can be made directly through our website using secure payment methods (Stripe/PayPal) or via bank transfer upon signing the personalised service agreement.
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Services begin once payment or deposit is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Plans change — we understand!
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we’ll issue a refund when applicable.
Once a personalized service has begun (like document preparation, consultation, or a tailored checklist), refunds are not possible as work is already delivered.

5. Our responsibility

We take pride in offering accurate, transparent guidance — but decisions and administrative outcomes depend on third parties (embassies, lawyers, local offices).
Our role is to guide, support, and coordinate, not to guarantee administrative or legal outcomes.
Our liability never exceeds the total amount paid for the service in question.

6. Intellectual property

All text, design, and branding you see here — including our unique SolMate visuals — belong to SolMate Spain.
Please don’t reuse or reproduce them without permission.

7. Data protection

Your trust matters.
We protect your data in line with EU GDPR and Spanish law.
We never sell, share, or misuse your information — ever.
